RETURN POLICY

We will accept product returns after 14 days of the purchasing date for a full refund.

To receive a refund for the products the following terms stand:

  • The customer owns a valid receipt with their name, order number, and track and trace on it
  • The timeframe between the purchase date on the receipt and the return inquiry must be 14 days. Refunds after this timeframe may be declined
  • The products are unworn and unwashed
  • The products are not damaged
  • Shipping back to the refund center is at the customers own cost
  • The customer will receive the refund after sending the track and trace receipt to the support team
